1. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person – multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• You must not impersonate any other person or entity
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2. User Conduct & Fair Play

All users are expected to play fairly and respectfully:

• No Cheating: Using bots, scripts, or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited
• No Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate rankings is forbidden
• No Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated
• No Spam: Unsolicited promotional content is prohibited
• Respect Others: Treat all users and staff with respect and dignity
• Report Issues: If you find a bug, report it to support, don't exploit it

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

3. Game Rules & Scoring

• All game rules are defined in the official Goli Fantasy Rules section
• Points are awarded based on real Premier League performances
• Scores are finalized after each Gameweek and may be adjusted for errors
• Transfer penalties (-4 points per extra transfer) apply as per rules
• Chip usage is limited to one per Gameweek
• The game is for entertainment purposes only

4. Payments & In-App Purchases

• Free to play: Core game features are free
• Premium chips and features may require payment
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• No refunds for in-app purchases unless required by law
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on Goli Fantasy is owned by the company or licensed
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Premier League data and player information are property of their respective owners
• The Goli Fantasy logo and brand are protected trademarks
• You retain ownership of your team name and personal data

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Goli Fantasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of match data or player scores
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• Your use of the app is at your own risk
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the game at any time

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support
• Upon termination, all data will be deleted within 30 days
• No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time
• We will notify users of significant changes
• The "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly
• Continued use of Goli Fantasy means acceptance of changes
